Describe the bug

When you get options for user input you get localized hints which are in fact misleading. E.g. While choosing what PKGBUILD changes to show you have option in russian "[В]се" which is localized version of "[A]ll". You assume that input "В" will trigger that option and show you all changes but only "A" triggers it.

Reproduction Steps

1. Try to upgrade packages in OS with non-english locale on
2. You will get localized input hints
3. Use localized input hint

Expected behavior

Activation of the option corresponding to the hint you used.

The program continues with default option on.
