GPU configuration for large dataset

Hi authors,

Can you please specify the server configurations used for running GraphST for domain detection on Mouse Embryo 14.5 large dataset with ~100000 cells? I am running into memory issues with dataset.

Dear developers of the GraphST tools,

I am also encountering the same issue when re-analyzing the mouse embryo Stereo-seq datasets of later developmental stages (like, E13.5, E14.5, etc.) reported in your article. Basically ran out of memory when preparing the model

    adata, 
    datatype = 'Stereo', 
    device = device
)

To add, re-running the analysis on E9.5 Stereo-seq was successful for us, so the installation of the tool should not be the problem of the failure.

We believe that it would be extremely helpful if more information about server config or requirements (or any alternative Cloud service that would satisfy the requirements) could be shared.
Let me also tag another thread reporting a similar issue #44 , and we hope that more info about this can help everyone make the best use of this awesome tool.
