Find a way to replace built-in JSLint with our extension's JSLint

• turn of built-in JSLint parsing
• make status indicator (the red/black/golden star at thebottom right) display results of our JSLint parsing
• Redirect JSLint-related menu items/command to our Continuous Compilation Controller (and make it handle them)
  • "View -> enable JSLint"
  • "Navigation - Go to first JSLint error"
