I've Nextcloud accounts with multiple calenders. Every account has a calendar named personal. I got the problem, if I add more than one nextcloud urls like https://<domain>/remote.php/dav/ it only display one of the calender, not all:
steps to reproduce:

first I added https://<domain1>/remote.php/dav with three calender: personal, personal_shared_by_user2, global_shared_by_systemuser

all fine, I see three calender in roundcube

then I added https://<domain2>/remote.php/dav with one calender: personal

roundcube show me only the personal calender of domain2. all calenders from domain1 are gone

when I remove domain2, then I see no calenders from domain1 yet. I have to readd domain1 to get back the three calender
same behaviour if I add domain2 first and than domain1. (domain1 is my productive server, domain2 my test server. both are running Nextcloud 25.0.6)
