If i add the plugin, it works fine so far. But for some unknown reason, the icon to switch to the calendar gui is sorted at the end, just before settings. I have moved 'calendar' as first plugin inside the $config['plugins'] array in RC config, but this doesn't help. Is there some way to have the calendar button in elastic skin as first button after the standard buttons? I mean directly after contacts, before any other custom plugin...
