Change to Call no answer from voicemail to phonenumber resets simultanious ring

This GUI has some “unwanted behaviour”
If I just want to change that CALL-no-answer goes from voice mail to phone number it also “resets the state” of simultanious ring.

Reproduced the issue:

• first enable user for sim ring
• apply settings
• set forward no answer
• sim ring settings are being removed

This is expected in the GUI since the checkbox is not selected anymore so it will disable the option. Need to find out what happens if you configure this manually via sefautil.exe and make changes if it is possible to configure this using sefautil.exe

1/29: After some testing with sefautil.exe manually it looks like indeed this is a valid configuration. Both the GUI and script need to be revised to handle these situations.
