Custom tiles keeps changing to the same icons

I have five shortcuts and all of them have separate individual icons under a folder called "custom icons", I applied the icons to those shortcuts, but whenever I restart my computer there's a character for all of them to use icon 'A' instead of their respective icons. I tried creating separate folders under custom icon so that Tileiconifier wouldn't get confused but the problem is still persistent.
