@Josan88

Description

@Josan88

Summary

Add operational evidence so the team can prove the Azure deployment remains healthy after release and after source changes.

Tasks

  • Connect production Azure Container Apps logs and metrics to Azure Monitor
  • Monitor the deployed service and /health endpoint
  • Track uptime, response time, request volume, throughput, and backend error rates
  • Capture evidence for 99% uptime, average response time of 2 seconds or less, and issue detection/recovery within 10 minutes
  • Define a post-deploy verification checklist
  • Capture logs, screenshots, dashboards, public URLs, and redeploy proof for the presentation and report
  • Demonstrate a source change that triggers redeployment and a visible update

Done criteria

  • Azure Monitor evidence exists for production health, logs, metrics, and availability
  • Monitoring evidence maps to the brief's uptime, response-time, and recovery metrics
  • The team has a reusable release verification checklist
  • Redeploy evidence exists for the project demonstration and final report
