[REQ] Automatically kick players who don't type `!ready`

It would be possible to have support so we can set a time limit for a player to be kicked if they don't type '!ready', but it will only kick players when there are 10 players on the server.

It would be interesting to be able to change both the kicking time and the required number of players if we wish.
