I want to add support for GCC 15 to Yggdrasil. This is implement by this PR in combination with JuliaPackaging/BinaryBuilderBase.jl#461. (We will need GCC 15 to build OpenBLAS 0.3.31 on riscv64.) Can you review this PR? |

Support for GCC 15 has been merged: JuliaPackaging/BinaryBuilderBase.jl#461. I'm merging this PR as well since this is the respective build recipe I used. |

We need GCC 15 for riscv64 bfloat16 intrinsics for OpenBLAS 0.3.31.
