AutoHiC for Omni-C #59

Description

@HyeonseonPark

Hello,

I am planning to use AutoHiC to process Omni-C data.

As Omni-C uses DNase I and does not rely on a specific restriction enzyme, the resulting fragments are not defined by a particular recognition site.

When using other tools like Juicer, there is typically a none option for the restriction enzyme parameter to handle this type of data.

However, in the AutoHiC configuration, selecting a restriction enzyme seems to be a mandatory field.

Could you please advise on the correct procedure for processing Omni-C data? Is there a specific setting I should use, or a workaround for datasets that do not use a restriction enzyme?

Thank you for your time and assistance.
