Does not work with multiple folders added to project

If I add more than one folder to a project, this plugin no longer can show the migration list but instead throws an error to open a folder in the project.

I'm working on a project migrating a legacy PHP app to rails and need to have both project roots in the sublime project.

@kakra thanks for reporting! I'll try to fix this issue

I found out that this works as long as the file that is focussed in the editor belongs to the Rails project root. So maybe instead of only finding a Rails root by heuristics, it should also take into account each folder root added to the project.
