in the scenarios you present, I see two main challenges arising.
- Either there is a metadata management challenge: sections 1.2.1 (data integration), 1.2.3, 1.2.4
- Or we need to use graph algorithms: sections 1.2.2, 1.2.4
I also tend to think that the above two needs drive the choice of graph model (RDF vs LPG and sometimes Hypergraphs)
