Overview: - Add form to add / update subscribers - Create table in database - Add form handler to verify and process form submission - See if there is a way of converting addresses to GPS coords and add to delivery routes - Check for important changes and upcoming events and notify authorized users on load. (WebSockets or Push API would be great here, but that'll come later) - Make information available to update online subscriptions.
