The methodology now requires Behavioral Specification Extraction (Phase 03) and Specification Cross-Reference (Phase 04b Check 1b). These are documented in methodology docs and rules but not yet wired into the Claude Code skills.

/verify skill (skills/verify/): Add behavioral assertion verification step/contribute orchestrator (skills/contribute/): Reference behavioral spec extraction during Phase 03/evaluate or /discover skills: Reference AI Contribution Stance check and BLOCKLIST.md
