Hardcoded Queen Promotion: Yes or No

This position causes 2 problems:

• Black waits for white promotion, instead of capturing pawn previously, to gain more material. FIX: idk
• White promotes to rook instead, because it knows that the piece will be gone next move FIX: hardcoded queen promotion, but this would cause edge cases, where knight would be better
