Improved Continuous Integration #4
Description
There should be some sort of review control process:
- committing to master directly should be blocked, only commit through PRs
- each PR should kick off a build
- run tests
- update the NPM package (and version number)
- update the version number in
bhtml --version(bhtml --version flag #5 )
