This needs #6 to be complete (just because no user is gonna input these manually I think) to be usable, but ig the infrastructure doesn't need to wait.

This legit only matters for weap / armor juices, but ig it'll also work for shard / leap chests and red / blue chests

Oh it also works for paradise hell chest selection (specifically special vs juice vs gold vs mats ig)

Specifics

  1. Need to think about how to represent all this properly ( need to accomodate more than 2 mat types, different ratios etc)
  2. Set up stores & interface in js side to accomodate these things, set up payload to pass this
  3. Set up parser & Rust state_bundle
  4. Set up a box_state for each box
  5. Set up neighbour to perturb these states
  6. Add these to the appropriate budgets at SA call
  7. Display these in UI
