This needs #6 to be complete (just because no user is gonna input these manually I think) to be usable, but ig the infrastructure doesn't need to wait.
This legit only matters for weap / armor juices, but ig it'll also work for shard / leap chests and red / blue chests
Oh it also works for paradise hell chest selection (specifically special vs juice vs gold vs mats ig)
Specifics
- Need to think about how to represent all this properly ( need to accomodate more than 2 mat types, different ratios etc)
- Set up stores & interface in js side to accomodate these things, set up payload to pass this
- Set up parser & Rust state_bundle
- Set up a box_state for each box
- Set up neighbour to perturb these states
- Add these to the appropriate budgets at SA call
- Display these in UI
