[Bug] forbidden by its access permissions ! Error

مشکل همچنان پا برجا است .

I'm try too many , but all sni address in mtn-irancell Network has a same error like :
this "connectex: An attempt was made to access a socket in a way forbidden by its access permissions."

But the Project MasterDnsRelay is successfully connect with same SNI address Why ?
