Coding agent policy

Hello (👋). I’m interested in contributing to this project. I would like to know whether you will accept pull requests that have been written with the assistance of a coding agent? I would label commits and PRs that are written with the assistance of an agent. This is not be a question regarding AI slop. I would be submitting contributions with the intent to provide value.

Hi! I've given this a bit of thought before reading the llvm policy and that matches my position pretty closely. Do whatever you want to reach a contribution that feels like added value. To be sure it actually is added value you still need to read and understand (and maybe even benchmark) your contribution.

I think the following is covered by the "human in the loop" requirement but I'm going to state the explicitly: If I get the feeling that the communication about a PR or issue is handled by an AI I will not engage further.

I'm gonna try and put this in words into the contributing section of the readme (or maybe start a separate contributions.md)
