Extended partitions

How about support for extended partitions ? It doesn't seem to be there.

There is no support for extended partitions yet. I am currently thinking about how to best implement them.

My current thought is another partition table type. Then an additional abstraction over MBR, GPT and extended.

If you got other ideas, feel free to share them. Also: pull request welcome, as always.
