Upload file via curl, and get back a url to view

i am writing some debug scripts we use on the voron discord and it would be neat if i could POST the klipp.log to a url for klippylizer and have it spit back a unique url for that log,

is something like this possible? would be ideal if it was in docker instance and could be self hosted.

thoughts?
