proc_phytozome.pl mismatching regular expression

I've tried to use proc_phytozome.pl, but it seems that the regular expression "/ID=PAC:(\d+)/;" is outdated for the Phytozome annotation file pattern. Changing it to "/pacid=(\d+)/;" worked just fine
