Extra safety feature: detecting external termination of the charging session

A new safety feature will be added in the next release.
The integration will now detect when the charging_enable switch was set to OFF by an external command (e.g. by the user or the wallbox).
When detected, the integration will not try to turn it back ON for safety reasons.
This can be overruled by the user turning charging_enable back ON manually but this is not advised when it was turned OFF by the wallbox!!
Disconnecting the EV will reset the detection and blocking ( reloading the integration or restarting HA will not ).
Also when detected, a detailed notification will be generated to inform the user about the issue.
This is currently in test and will be released soon.
