1-3 phase switching

I'm currently working on 1-3 phase switching support.
for it to work properly, a reliable feedback sensor (with 1p or 3p state) will be required.
also for compatibility, the user must make the bridge between the integration and his wallbox, this can be achieved by using automations.
details on how to set it up and how use phase switching will be explained in the readme when released.
goal is for the integration to use the appropriate power supply profile (and thresholds + charge current regulation) matching the phase mode.
