Right now, when it alters the version from the input version to the VIPM API it doesn't understand how to translate 64 bit version.
It looks like VIPM requires the version then (64-Bit) i.e. 17.0 (64-Bit). So perhaps the same structure on the input i.e. 2017 (64-Bit) or a separate 64-bit flag.
