This is for both VCL and FMX. I will attempt to fix locally. I have made some other changes as well, but forgot to document it.

The warning is valid: in TocvImage (packages/ocv.comp.Types.pas) both constructors share the same signature:

• Create(const AImage: pIplImage) — takes ownership of the existing pIplImage
• CreateClone(const AImage: pIplImage) — wraps a cvCloneImage copy
  From the compiler/C++ ABI perspective they are duplicate constructors, which triggers W1029. The same unit is used by both VCL and FMX packages, so the warning appears in dclVCLOpenCV and dclFMXOpenCV.
  A typical fix is to replace CreateClone with a class factory that does not collide with Create, for example:

class function FromClone(const AImage: pIplImage): TocvImage;

and update call sites in ocv.comp.Source.pas and ocv.comp.FFMSource.pas. The instance method Clone can keep calling that factory internally.
If you already have a local fix, a PR would be welcome. Please include a short note about your other changes (even a brief changelog in the PR description is enough) so i can review and align them with the main branch.
