[FEATURE] Separate the MFA token generation as a generic MFA from AWS specific part in the UI

This app also works as a generic MFA token generator.

The UI could try to separate the MFA part from the AWS specific UI,
so the app can be used as both things, for AWS and for any other type of MFA.
