cslol-manager is being developed into LTK Manager

CSLOL Manager is being discontinued in development in favor of LTK Manager.
All new features and development will now be primarily done on the LTK Manager repo. The new modding infrastructure which League Toolkit provides is going to replace the existing cslol tooling and will help us in developing more advanced tools for end users while also making the experience of creating mods much easier.
