Digital Run Sheet Form

We'd like to be able to run a command (a magic?) that puts a template runsheet into a notebook and makes it a markdown cell. Different labs will want different runsheets so we probably need to allow for the user to define a default template in an rcfile or similar.

Hi John. I made a digital runsheet "generator" that I've been using for a few experiments now. It's still a work in progress (could use some more documentation) and a bit clunky at the moment. It has the ability to pull in calibration values from a csv and builds the file using LaTeX.
