Start Adding Searchable Cards for Other Series' Components

The LegacyWorks team and Carrie Kappel (CK) like this approach to a searchable catalog so I'm good to start expanding it beyond the small subset of test case ones!

Sub-Tasks

• Add Quarto files for each lesson of each series
  • Do so without adding tags, for now!
  • Excluding inclusive facilitation lessons as those were already added to demo this idea
• Wait to hear from Carrie Kappel (CK) on whether competency tags can/will be abbreviated
  • Already confirmed that removing competency category from tag is okay
• Add final version of tags to lesson pages

Okay, now that all lessons have been added, this issue is actually blocked by the core competency abbreviation issue outlined in #1
