(feature request) add swearing filter

the server is just ruined with bad people they keep swearing that is against the rules. moderators can't kick the players or ban them because you told them to not ban unless the swears gets repeated over and over again,think of the offended players and i was one of them and saw a lot get offended i cant do anything about that ,so if you don't want to ban then add a mod with a filter so when a player swears, the chat message should be removed and the player gets kicked.

About the moderation these players should be kicked and maybe banned for hard or often cases.

I had a filter before the Problem of it was that it also filters some stuff out which is true.
