[Bug]: Feed not showing friends' workouts

Describe the bug

First of all I want to say thanks for the amazing app! It's super useful and I have gotten two friends to join the app. We are having problems with the feed function. We have all followed each other and accepted follower requests. We also have configured the feed to publish our workouts. Still, we only see some workouts from each other. When A B and C are us three, the pattern is as follows:

A and B can see C's workouts.
A and B cannot see each other's workouts.
C cannot see any workouts.

Nothing should be blocking the access to the server on our devices, so I'm not sure where the problem is.

How can I reproduce the bug?

1. Have multiple users download the app.
2. Make everyone follow each other accept the invites.
3. Configure feed settings to publish workouts.
4. Have everyone do a workout.
5. Refresh the feed. The workouts from others do not appear for everyone.

Expected behavior

All users should be able to see published workouts from each other.

Thanks for the report! The feed definitely needs a bit of an overhaul, especially with iOS->android it seems to have some issues which are incredibly hard to peg down. I'm hoping to do some work on it this year to get it all solid but no hard timeline

I'm seeing similar issue but with just two users:
A is following B (accepted).
B is following A (accepted).
A is able to see B's workouts.
B is not able to see A's workouts in the feed.

Additionally, A sees B's name as Anonymous in A's "Following" feed page.
B's name is shown in A's "Followers" feed page.
B has changed its name, but the old name is shown in A's "Followers" feed page.
