[Bug]: Android Rest Notification

Describe the bug

Looks like the rest notification is implemented not as an ongoing but a discrete notification. So when the rest timer is counting down, it is sending a new notification every single second.

How can I reproduce the bug?

Turn on rest notifications, and finish an exercise.

Expected behavior

It should be an ongoing notification with a timer

As it shares the same notification ID and is marked as ongoing, I believe android just treats it as an update. Is there something you are seeing here that is acting strange?
