Add date time to exported data

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
At the moment, when one exports the data, it is saved as "export.liftlogbackup.gz" - if using the "Back up data" method, as opposed to the "Plaintext export".

I always upload this to a third party cloud storage. This results in multiple files either with the same name, of files in format "export.liftlogbackup (1).gz" etc.

Describe the solution you'd like
It would be nice if the exported data had the date time added to it, maybe in format "export.liftlogbackup.YYYYMMDD_HHMMSS.gz", e.g. "export.liftlogbackup.20260304_103040.gz".
