I find it deep in one of the discussions (and not here). And because of this MCP set all others are dead.
It works great and out of the box, and all docs are correct BUT (and it cost me 3 days!) your project in google cloud must be registered for Developers Preview. If not, MCP will answer 'The caller does not have permission'. In addition, admins MAY need to add project to TRUSTED access in workspace API management.
PS. I split community atlassian MCP into WIKI | JIRA and it works well with data center jira and wiki, in Oauth2 mode.
