Strange rule in hungarian hyphenation dictionary

Hungarian hyphenation dictionary contains quite strange rule:

.mas5száz8s3zok1ni/sz=3,1,1,14

I believe it is some kind of copy-paste mistake, as such rule does not correspond to the hunspell file format definition:
