The performance of V-DPM seems like lower than our tested on WorldTrack

Greets, thanks for you share the unofficial open-source implementation of D4RT! I think is a wonderful contribution for the community. But, I have one question. Your group tested the performance of V-DPM on WorldTrack. However, we also tested it before few month, and found that our tested performance is higher than yours. Could this be due to differences in the testing devices? Furthermore, do you conduct some extra gobal alignment on Trace Anything and V-DPM? The WorldTrack is world coordinate protocol, while some approaches may needs to transport to the world coordinate before evaluation. I guess this may also be the reason for the performance gap.

Our evaluation follows 4RC Table 7: “4D reconstruction evaluation on tracking under global median scale alignment”, and we use global median scale alignment. We are not sure whether this is consistent with the alignment method used in your evaluation.
