Upon loading the solution, Visual Studio tried to migrate the project, but failed and reported 2 errors

The application which this project type is based on was not found.
Error2:
Isosurface\Isosurface\Isosurface.csproj:
The application which this project type is based on was not found.
Note: XNA 4.0 was installed.
I think it has something to do with the versions. If it is, can you please update the project to a newer version?
