There's an issue with theminimum_energy_fast function https://control-package.readthedocs.io/en/latest/pages/examples/minimum_energy_fast.html
If I set B to not be the identity but instead to contain some 0s, I expected e_fast to have no control energy at nodes where B==0 and all energy be positive.
Instead, I get the below
@lindenmp mentioned that minimum_energy_fast should only output the total control energ and not the node energies
