KDE Plasma is not functional

I want to run KDE Plasma on my FydeTab Duo. The aarch64 packages exist, installation is simple, and switching the DE is easy. But there are many problems that cause it to not be viable:

• plasmashell has a high chance of hanging when used
  • Workaround: press Alt + Space to open krunner, and run killall -s SIGKILL plasmashell
• Returning from suspend sometimes causes the screen to display messed up colors (photo soon)
  • Workaround: press "Switch User" and type in password there
• Drawing tablet geometry is incorrect (at least when using the default configuration)
• SDDM is in the wrong orientation
• The built-in gyroscope sends the screen into the wrong orientation in tablet mode.

Here's what the weird colors look like. As said above, clicking Switch User fixes the problem.
