Any gnome applications works

Steps to reproduce the issue.

• Install Arch on the FydeDuo from France

Expected behavior.

• Applications displayed correctly

Actual behavior.

• Applications are not displayed correctly

Linux distribution and version you're using.

• Pacman v7.0.0
• Gnome-Shell 47.1
• Img flashed ArchLinux-ARM-FydeTab-Duo-Gnome-2024-11-18.img

Hello,
I tried to install Arch on my Fyde Duo by following the wiki, but I'm not able to use any application...

In fact, when I tried to open terminal, calendar or any other app installed, they open and... nothing happen :

My ArchLinux is set in French, firstly, I thought it was a language bug with gnome, in /etc/locale.conf, I replaced :

LANG=fr_EU.UTF8

by

sh
LANG=en_US.UTF8

I applied new configuration /etc/locale-gen ; now my system is fully in english but issue unsolved.

I tried to reinstall every package by pacman on my FydeDuo :

pacman -Qqe > applist.txt
pacman -S - < applist.txt

During the process, I can see the following error :

error : failed retrieving file 'fyde.db' from fyde.panda-sa.ma : Connection timed out after 10001 milliseconds"

It look like from France, we don't have access to this repository, I don't know if it's linked but what does this database and this repository correspond to?
As you can see on the following screenshoot, I can't do tracert/traceroute to the server, I can't ping it anymore.
