calamares can't work at Arch Linux

calamares requires python3.12, however the version at Arch Linux is 3.13
New Issue after solved the question of python version:

WARNING: No factory: "Cannot load library /usr/lib/calamares/modules/users/libcalamares_viewmodule_users.so: (libicuuc.so.72: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory)"
