[FEATURE] - `lola mod update` should support viewing a changelog

Feature Description

I would like lola mod update to support showing a changelog. While it's good to pull updates, I would like to know what changed, what I'm getting, etc.....

Ideally, I would be able to view the changelog before local system modification.

Problem or Use Case

After updating modules, I'm not actually sure what I've gotten.
