OpenAPI specification not importing into PostMan

I tried exporting the OpenAPI specification into PostMan...
Getting the error:

The steps are very straightforward, just going to "import":

Tried uploading the file, pasting its contents, and linking the file's URL directly...
Nothing works 😟
