[Feature Request] Rewind speed

It would be nice if there is a way to speed up the Rewind feature, so the user can rewind at something like 3x speed.

For example, in NextUI, if I pick the Rewind Interval to be 100ms (~10 fps), maybe it would be nice to rewind it at something closer to 6x speed than the current 1x speed?

Some additional context:

Different users have different preferences for rewind speed. Usually 1x rewind speed is too slow though. In RetroArch rewind speed is directly controlled via the frame skip setting. This gives the player the ability to control how fast the game rewinds.

Coupling rewind speed to Rewind Interval may seem restricting in theory, but works well in practice.
