Code does not work when changing the number_of_leds

Code does not work after changing number_of_leds to abobe 100. It is somewhat working with 99 leds.

Hey man. Thank you for replying. This is an awesome project and a lot easier than bmp based pixel sticks. I have no experience with arduino but i spend a lot of time JUST to make this.
So my problems are

1. I am unable to change the Numer of leds, i am using a WS2812b 144 strip. so when i change the number to 144 , serial monitor shows "0 Files on card" and one led on strip will blink.

2. Another problem is with the python script. will it work with png files with images which have certain dimensions? like 200x40?

3. Is the trigger conneted to Digital pin 5 and 2?
