bug: only allow the project to run using pnpm.

I noticed a few guys running the project using npm and making the changes.

EXPECTED:

Make the changes in such that the user is only able to run the project using pnpm. You can refer to the pnpm documentation to seek for help.

We just have to do pnpm add -D only-allow and add
{ "scripts": { "preinstall": "npx only-allow pnpm" } }
to the package.json

this works, but the issue is with the npx, how about using pnpm dlx, give it a try.

I tried this, but the thing is it keeps running and after 8-10 minutes it stops and stops the npm and also creates a package-lock file
