• Create a version for wosDataSource class that lifts code from fetchWoSAuthorData that is specific to web SOAP calls to Web of Science
• Create applicable unit test for wosDataSource
• Update harvester.test.ts to test wos use case by creating an instance of harvester initialized with an instance of wosDataSource and testing actions similar to how scopusDataSource is tested
