How to avoid the scroll-glue scrolling to the bottom when i click the chat Window?

The problem is that when i click the chat window with your scroll-glue,the chat window will be scrolled down to the bottom,which is not my wish.How to avoid the scroll-glue scrolling to the bottom when i click the chat Window,as i want the chat window to be scrolled to bottom while the new message is coming?thanks
